DESCRIPTION :

Serratiopeptidase
The mechanism of action of Seartiopeptidase appears to be hydrolysis of histamine, bradykinin
and serotonin, and a proteolytic and fibrinolytic effect. Primarily this is achieved by dissolving
the complement (specific proteins responsible for inflammation) and increasing the plasmin
activity by inhibiting the plasmin  inactivators

Diclofenac potasium
Diclofenac has potent anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic actions. It inhibits the
enzyme, cyclooxygenase, thus resulting in reduced synthesis of prostaglandin precursors.

Paracetamol
Since its clinical introduction in 1 950, Paracetamol has become the most widely used analgesic-antipyretic. Paracetamol relieves Pain and Fever in both adults and children. There are virtually no groups of people who should not take paracetamol, and interactions with other treatments are not a problem. When taken at the recommended dosage, there are virtually no side-effects.

Contraindications

NSAIDs should not be administered to patients with a history of or active or suspected peptic ulcer or gastro-intestinal bleeding.
Diclofenac should not be given to patients with moderate to severe renal impairment.
Diclofenac should not be prescribed during pregnancy, unless there are compelling reasons for doing so. The lowest effective dosage should be used.
Diclofenac should not be administered to patients previously sensitive to Diclofenac or in whom aspirin or NSAIDs precipitate attacks of asthma, acute rhinitis or urticaria or who are hypersensitive to these drugs. Diclofenac is contraindicated in cases where there is hypersensitivity to any of its constituents.
